Returns and refunds

If you are not completely happy with your purchase please let us know straight away. Items can be returned in perfect and unworn condition. They must also ne in original, undamaged packaging along with your reciept as proof of purchase.

Bespoke orders, personalised pieces, personalised made to order pieces, bespoke commissions, pieces altered at customers request as well as earrings are exempt from our refund/exchange policy. These pieces are non returnable, non exchangeable and non refundable.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
