Most of our products are made to order. This process can take up to 30 working days. When your order is ready to ship we will email you to let you know and update any shipping information.

Orders that are from or being shipped outside the UK may be subject to Customs charges or tax charges by your regional tax authority. Any such charges are your responsibility and are to be paid by yourself the customer. These charges are not the responsibily of Karma Sanctum or of Rock & Roll Jewellery, nor any of its agents or retailers.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
